About the book

Learning a language is like a bird building its nest—each twig, leaf, and feather is gathered patiently, piece by piece, until a home takes shape. I once watched a small sparrow outside my window carrying scraps of grass in its beak. At first, it seemed so fragile and incomplete, but day after day the bird returned, weaving in new pieces, strengthening what was already there. Slowly, the nest became strong enough to shelter life. In the same way, every new word or phrase we learn may feel small on its own, but over time these little efforts weave together into something solid, beautiful, and lasting.

This book is designed to help you gradually learn another language. It is the journal you take with you, write in, sketch, use colours if you like. Learning is tactile, writing is memory.
